We are a collective of technical consultants, not a firm. Measured Change aims to support the building of skills within organisations working in resource poor settings, to help by developing monitoring systems and coordinating or advising on quantitative components of evaluations (including baseline surveys and the documentation of methods accompanying them). Unlike many consultancies we are not simply selling evaluation, though evaluation is our expertise. We recognise that an evaluation cannot be done in isolation of an intervention's history.

Our aim is to leave your organisation or your partner's organisation with the tools and skills to enable you to understand the difference you are making to people in crisis.
